Book Review of “Magelica’s Voyage (Magelica’s Voyage, #1)” by Louise Courey Nadeau

Genre: Children’s Fiction / Fairy Tale / Illustrated
My Review

For children, playing in a tub is the best pastime while taking a bath. But after this story is read to them, tub playing becomes even more wonderful. Magelica’s Voyage is an amazing fairy tale full of lessons for children of 2 and above. Not just the story, the illustrations are the ones that are truly amazing. The images are sharp and the colours are so vibrant that it is sure to hold a child’s attention to the book while you read it out to them.

But the best part about the story are the lessons embedded in it. The lesson of friendship, love, loyalty and faith are beautifully illustrated with words and drawings. It also tells you never to stop imagining and creating new worlds for yourself. The way Magelica flies purely on the basis of her faith in herself shows that you should never lose hope on your abilities no matter what the surrounding tells you.

Magelica’s Voyage is the fairy tale which is custom made for today’s generation. Nothing less than 5 stars for the brilliant story
